Child Care Emergency Preparedness

On behalf of the Early Childhood Educators of BC, and coordinating with BC’s Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness and North Shore Emergency Management, we – along with our partner Care2Design – developed a 5-step guide to emergency preparedness in child care settings. The guide synthesizes existing resources provided by the province and BC’s various health authorities, and aims to give child care operators a simple overview of how to structure and strengthen their Emergency Plans.
